Farrow&Ball Stone Blue Paint No. 86

A lively blue.
This warm, timeless blue is named after the indigo pigment, which was often imported in chunks in the 18th century. Stone Blue’s vibrant, saturated colors can be used alongside warmer tones like Pelt to create an inviting vintage look, or the cooler Mole’s Breath for a cleaner, more contemporary feel. When contrasted with the Dimpse color in wood, however, it feels distinct and familiar.
